Free Language Assistance Services
KindQuest Support LLC is committed to providing free language assistance services to individuals with limited English proficiency and to individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. This ensures meaningful access to all services, programs, and activities.
Available Services
Qualified Interpreters
We provide qualified interpreters for in-person communications, including medical appointments, care planning meetings, and administrative processes. Interpreters are available for spoken languages and American Sign Language (ASL).
Written Translation Services
Important documents are translated into commonly requested languages. Translated versions of the Notice of Non-Discrimination, Language Assistance Plan, Privacy Practices, and Consumer Rights are available upon request.
Communication Aids
We provide communication aids and assistive devices, including video remote interpreting, note-taking services, written summaries, and other methods to ensure effective communication.
Family Member Interpretation
While we encourage the use of qualified interpreters, individuals may request family member interpretation for routine matters. However, family members will not be used for sensitive health care discussions or critical care planning.

We will make every effort to accommodate requests within 24-48 hours. For emergency situations requiring immediate interpretation, we maintain relationships with 24/7 interpreter services.
Supported Languages
While we maintain relationships with professional interpreters for numerous languages, commonly requested languages include:

Interpreters for other languages are available upon request at no additional charge to the individual or their family.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services
Individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing have access to:
- American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters
- Real-time captioning services (CART)
- Video Remote Interpreting (VRI)
- TTY relay services
- Written communication and note-taking services
- Assistive listening devices
- Visual alerts and notifications

We are committed to providing these services at no cost to individuals seeking our services. Requests for language assistance services will not affect your eligibility for services.
